We have lived at the Meadows of Coon Rapids for 3 years now. Great place to live for singles, roommates and families. My parents lived here when I was a teenager and now me and my family reside here. There's a playground and basketball court to keep the kids busy and a dog park to keep your pet from becoming restless. The location is perfect for shopping and other activities. I highly recommend.

I love where I live in tbe city of Coon Rapids. My apartment complex is clean, smell really good, no noise and friendly neighbors. Management team is great, maintenance team is excellent. Been living at the meadows for over half a year now. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very dog friendly with a large dog park and many clean up stations that are regularly filled and cleaned. The surrounding area is also very walk friendly for you and your pup. The office sends out regular emails updating residents about new changes / maintenance on the property.
